Initial Screening
If your application looks like a good match, a member of our recruitment team will arrange a short phone or video call. This gives us a chance to learn more about you, and you, us.
Interview
You’ll meet your potential manager (and sometimes a colleague) in an interview to discuss your skills, experiences, and how you’d fit into our culture. This is a two-way conversation, not an interrogation!
